I HATED when people wouldn't tell me about their alarms and I work on their car and crap bricks when they'd come to pick them up and it wouldn't crank for me...

ya i dont like it. i mean it would be great if i had the remote, but not with just a copy of the original key. any way i could take it out completely?

Is it a factory alarm or aftermarket? If its aftermarket you should be able to cut the power wire and all should be good. The brain is usually located onder the dash near the steering wheel.

im pretty sure its the factory. got a big ford vehicle security sticker on it. only reason im not 100% on it is becuase i heard somewhere that the didnt come stock on the car? no sure how true it was tho
