invest in one of these , makes it easy to read the codes and do cylinder balance test etc with it ......

Agreed!! Your diagnostic port will be on the side of your passenger strut tower. between the side of the strut tower and the firewall. in that area somewhere.

Dont be fooled if you have an OBD2 port under your dash. My 94 Cobra has one and the 95 GT i used to own had one too. They do not read at all. Look for your OBD1 diagnostix port under your hood.

did you measure tps volts? should be about .98vdc at idle.
when was the last time you cleaned the maf? and iac? tune up?
how long has you UDP's been on? They are know to cause low alt. performance.

Mine does the same thing.. not sure why. It resembles when you run a test for codes with the engine running. It pegs the IAC, making you rpms shoot to around 2k for a second or two. Its as if the computer is running a code test on its own.

your codes are all over the place. I suggest you unplug the battery for 10-15 minutes then pulg it back in so the puter will learn fresh parameters. take it for a drive then pull codes again.
does it run fine the rest of the time?
