I would think they'd bolt up relatively easy. Don't take my word for this shit though. I know thats what the trannys were in those years, just don't know how it'd bolt up to a sn95 motor.

Theyre Borg-Warners, and most people that use them dont have alot of problems from them. My neighbor has a hatchback that will yank the wheels on its way to a 7 flat in the 8th with such a transmission in it.

Thanks, and these bolt directly onto a 94-95 5.0?

I think that you have to change out the input shaft but i might be wrong.

I will check on the gears later on when i get a chance i know they're not stock because the car hits to high RPM's when i'm driving it. i ran as slow as i did i'd say just because i cant drive at all. and was just learning how to launch.

In order to use the 4 cylinder tranny, you will obviously need to swap the bellhousing for a V8 model and you will have to either swap the input shaft or get a pilot bearing that is made for the swap. Now I have "heard" there is a standard pilot for certain years of S 10s that will work, but you will have to rerearch that. The prefered model does come from the 87-88 T/C or 87-88 XR7 Cougar.
