I used to have some 01 SvT wheels in the past and never noticed the problem. Now that I have me 10inch saleens out back I noticed that the drivers side tire (295s) sits pretty flush against the fender but the passenger side seems to go in at least 1/2 an inch. I only noticed because on a dip or big turn I can hear it rub Against the fender. Anyone have this problem or know how I can fix it? I'm getting my MM LCAs in a couple of days and wanted to fix this if it's possible since I'm going to be down there. I haven't had the time to get under the car and check it out yet

I've also heard of the front tires not being centered in the wheel well from 1 side to another either

This kind of problem could be caused by a various number of things. Bent control arms, worn out bushings, rusted out mounting points. Start with the easiest things to check (bushings) and go from there.

What bushings can I change in the rear other than the top and bottom LCAs? Or do I switch out the UCA with some FR ones

there are no more bushings that you want to look into after this. I see that you are planning on getting MM lowers, so that's a good start. While you are doing that, have a look at the upper control arm bushings. If they look like they need to be changed, go ahead and do so, and replace the uppers while you are there.

I would strongly recommend against getting a panhard bar setup in your case. The way the factory 4 link is setup, it has a little bit of steer to it, where the axle shifts around a little bit. Panhard gets rid of all of that. The axle does not steer anymore, however the control arms still move around like they used to, and it is the upper control arm bushings that take most of the punishment. Now you take that, and add the fact that your rear is shifted. In trying to center it, you are adding even more tension on the upper control arm bushings.

Panhard bar is more suited for a parrel arm 4 link, or 3 link or torque arm. Essentially if the suspension setup does not steer, it will be fine with the panhard setup. I've been running panhard setup on my car for about a year now, and the upper control arm bushings are pretty much done. I am seriously considering going torque arm at this point.

So would I be able to fix the problem by getting the UCA bushings and the removal tool from MM?

Once I install the new LCAs I'll see how the rear seats. Hopefully it moves enough where I can live with the problem, if not I'll either change the bushings or hunt around for some fresh UCAs
