REMOVEABLE STEERING WHEEL

Does anyone have one and if you do what all would I need to put in a removable steering wheel myself

I have one I bought off of ebay. it has horn provisions but I don't have it hooked up. The set up works but you do get what you pay for. If I can figure out how to post a pic I will.
