I was thinking about removing the isos after I put some wheels on the car, or maybe before. I have some spacers for the rear being shipped to me to move the stockers out a little bit. How much more drop would I get out of it? I'm thinking of some 18x9 / 18x10 black saleens. I have some 18x9 '03 Cobra reps that I was thinking of powdercoating black and using but I'm not sure. I kind of want more width in the rear and I'm not completely sold on using 18in rims. Here are a couple of pics of what the car looks like right now. The drop on it is supposed to be 1.5 front 1.0 rear. Thanks guys. :thumb:

I'm going to leave tem. My fuel pump took a shit yesterday and I got it flat towed. It's as low as it could go and be happy to get on and off of the flatbed. As a side note, I have NEVER had good luck with Walbro.

my car was lowered 1.5 inches with the springs i got and i could barely get a jack underneath it. i only took the insulators out of the front and now the front is slammed. my x pipe scrapes on every speed bump and i have to lift the front end to get a jack under it but i love the stance. i will post up some pics later.

Steeda X2 balljoints will give it a slight drop. As will Fox shocks/struts.

are you sure :dunno: i have heard you get a very slight drop from the ball joints but not anything about the shocks lowering it ...i just heard they were a 1" shorter and helped with travel for lower cars so they dont bottom out

Yeah, I don't think fox struts will drop the car any more, struts don't control the height. As for the X2 ball joints, they only really drop the car if you leave the spacers out...

wow i hate that!

me and my dad need one of those low profile aluminum jacks. i have to use two jacks to jack up my car. one short one to get it up, then a bigger, nicer one to jack it up all the way. i hate it lol. i have eibach sportlines on my car so i think its 2.0" front and 1.8" rear.

I have no iso's front, and just lower on the rear, the springs are wrapped in electrical tape, and i've never had a sqeak... as for ride height, i think i'm as low as you can go, 2.5" up front, 2" out back... can get a jack under her, and even got her on the flatbed last week when the clutch cable broke... just needed some extra 2X6's...
