Removing Stripes

I have white Le Mans stipes on my red 94, if the stripes were removed do you think it would leave a mark? And if they did is this something that could be easily mopped out at a paint shop? Thanks

it should not leave a mark unless they were clear coated over. Most times they are not

unless they have been on for ever and the paint has faded differently vinyl comes off with no trace. Might need some goo-gone or something but they should come off.
