I'm trying to figure out a new setup for my pumps to hit the high 570's maybe 580's.

One 255 carried the car pretty well to 500 but now I want to know what people have done that retained the stock lines. I seen one guy put two 255's clamped together in tank, One in tank & one inline. Neither seemed to have any issues.

What's going to get me to 580 with stock lines. Obviously the pumps would be re wired So lets assume everything will run at 14v.

I want to know what people have done or tech behind the flow that will tell me what is the best way to go.

Thanks.

you can't do it. my best advice for creating a fuel setup that can hold high 500's is the following.

a 255lph pump the Anderson Ford Motorsport inline big pump which is said to be able to supply 50lb injectors on a 255lph pump and and stock lines.

the 50lbs injectors should be good for upper 500 hp range on a n/a motor.

what i did was just use upgraded fuel lines, the AFM pump a 255lph pump and 60lb and i'm maxing out in the 700 hp range

Yeah.... I will clarify. I have 60# injectors already and make mid 500's with a single 255 wired at 14v. I just need or want 25-40 more hp out of it. How did you upgrade your fuel lines?

i ran ss lines and then upgraded my fuel rails also.

best / cheapest way to get the extra hp you need is just to get an inline pump. like the AFM one... do you have a write up on upgrading your 255 to a 14v?

No, I don't have a write up but I can write it up pretty easy. I'm finishing the car's fuel this week so I'll take pictures of the intank and post them up.
