I have decided to reuse my Crane 2031 Cam. Is it ok to reuse the lifters? The lifters have the same wear pattern as the cam lobes. When I put the cam back in do I need to use cam lube? Or just oil?

Rollers don't need to wear to a cam. I've swapped cams and roller lifters from various motors without problems.

what ever miles are on then are pretty rough if i remember right
His pick up line was pinched and is why he had to rebuilt..

That is correct, When I drained the oil there was babbit copper material. And when I took off the pan I notice the oil tube had a kink in it.

The lifters have light wear as the cam lobes and they do not have any knicks or pits on them and they all spin freely.

as long as they look clean and spin freely, you should be fine. and with assembly, like richv said, use engine assembly lube.
