Rounded intake stud

[T-5 Killer]

So me and a buddy were junkyard hunting and found 2 5.0 Explorers and starting pulling the intakes. I got one upper lower set off but on the second one the lower stud near the water outlet is rounded and I couldn't get it to turn. Any ideas? it is the stud so a longsocket is needed.

either cut a couple of lines across it in an X an see if you can get it out with a phillips. Drill a hole in it and then use a back out bit. Weld a nut to the top and then use your ratched..... lotsa options depending on what you have available.
