About a month or two ago I changed my O2 sensors and the difference was night and day, just recently my car started running like crap again but this time I notice that the RPM needle doesn't move smoothly it tends to lag at times especially under heavy acceleration. Could this be caused by the PIP in the distributor? It's pretty much the only thing I haven't changed
