Running too hot!

Ever since i got my turbo on, my car has been running too hot, about 3/4 of the way up the temp gauge. So i put new hoses in, a 180* t stat, ripped out my pos aftermarket fan and put the stock one back in since it flows way more air, and my car still runs just as hot! :wall: The fan will kick on when its overheating, but it will still run hot. Anyone have any idea what could be going on? Time for a new radiator maybe?

if ur going by the stock gauge then get an aftermarket one. they arent the most accurate gauges and it would be nice to know exactly how warm it is getting

yes. there is absolutely no air in the system.

i asked my tuner for a copy of my file to see what my fan is supposed to turn on at, everything look ok? :dunno:

You have a 180* t-stat, that's when your fan should turn on.

ya it definitly dosent turn on at 180 haha

Fix that with your Xcal :thumb:
