Saleen Underdrive Pulleys

Will the underdrive pulleys off the 99-04 S281's work on my car? What is the difference? Some companies list 96-04 and some list 96-2000(april) & april 2000-2004. Thanks for the help.

Actually the change was in mid 2001. At that time, the water pump designed was altered slightly, so the pulleys are different. So the years are 96-mid01, and mid 01-04. Ive never heard of anyone using saleen pulleys either. Ive got steeda, and absolutely love them.

Saleen only list one part number and it is for 99-04. These pulleys come on all 99+ S281.

if you cant find the Saleen part for your car go with Steeda

sadly, yes. im probably just going to swap the alternator pulley back to the original. i heard my fuel pump surging this morning when i was sitting with the flashers on... didnt like that!!

I don't have any problems with my Steeda UDP's.... I will say they are the best out there and wouldn't choose any other brand after having these on for a little while now.
