So I had a random thought. These sequential light kits are floating around that just require some splicing. Not sure I want to pay 100bucks for this feature. Does anyone know how to make your own kit??? I was thinking with some wire, and the know how, it could be possible. Im curious to see if anyones tried this?

I couldn't tell you how to do it, but it is possible. My friend has done it with some cheap pieces from Radio Shack but you probably don't even need those.

I like the idea of the plug and play kit, Im just not sure I wanna spend 140 bucks for a mod like that.lol. I figured its gotta be easy. Just need to find someone who can explain how to make your own. I saw a video on AM for their splicing ones a long time ago and thats how I came up with the idea. But, they no longer have that video on their site. Venmuss if you ever find out how your buddy did it let me know. It's gotta be easy...

I agree, it is alittle steep for a mod that just makes your taillights flash differently, but when I bought mine it was like an impulse buy " ahh thats so cool and i just have to plug it in add to cart" but Ill keep lookin see if I can find you a link

subscribed...I agree, companies that sell the kit rape you on the price. I'm sure you need something like a resistor or something to make it work , but they probably only cost about 5 bux each, then cut and splice into existing wires. There has to be a write up somewhere.

I like this mod but it is expensive. Now they come on the new stangs. I like the chase feature from this website, it is different than sequential. http://www.meter4it.com/96-04_mustang.htm

its expensive but you can get the 3 patterns (makes you feel you get more for your money), factory, sequential, and chase.
