it says plug and play.. but when you look at the instructions you have to splice.

I got mine from webelectrics. True plug and play, you just unplug the factory harness and plug this one in. costs more though, of course. Works perfectly. Ordering some LEDs to crisp it up a bit. Hope they work as desired. from superbrightleds or spelled something like that. Should have them any time now
