Figured I'd post some updated business, since everything will change, again, very soon.

Corbeaus.jpg

Not the most comfortable seats in the world, but for the price they will suffice until I can afford what I want; which hopefully won't be far off.

Spoiler is gone, as well are the tailpipes. Can't say I've ever been any happier with the way it looks.

Starting to remove the rear seat, just waiting for space to clear up and the top half will come out..all in the name of weight savings (plus I don't really want to carry more than 1 person anyway). Making my own "delete" kit, not using the top half but covering where the bottom of the seat was.

I'm also having a Tremec 3650 put in this Satuday, ditching the automatic for good. Power before the swap is 199.5hp/262tq I'm hoping for atlest 215/270 after, anything more will be friggin sweet (details on the swap once its complete).

so did you get dumps or just take the tailpipes off?
looking sweet man! :thumb:

I at first just took the tailpipes off, but I've seen what that can do to a car (trashed the gas tank cover) so I opted to put dumps on; little bit of a difference but not alot.

If you want all the auto stuff, let me know and I'll see if I can hold it somewhere, but it won't be for very long.
Everything will be in Richmond, VA. Sound pad stays with me.

Won't be very long equates to that I've got nowhere to store it myself, nor do I have a means to transport it.
It will be at the shop as long as they can stand to look at it, then it gets trashed.
If everything goes to plan, the swap will begin on the 15th, no idea when I'll have the car back.

Yea, its a slick looking car dude. I really like your seats... i just put some corbeau's in but they don't look no where near as nice as those but they get the job done. So like i said, what are you wanting for the trans and stuff? Just out of curiosity, how many miles is on it and was it acting up or was it fine? thanks

If I had to guess, the seats maybe weight 15-20 pounds with brackets and sliders..the stock seats easily weighed 40lb ea.

Everything ran fine when I took it out, no problems, but seeing that it is used I cannot guarantee how long it would continue to operate in such a manner. No excessive burnouts, no neutral drops, etc. $300obo and come take it. 105k miles on it.

The seats are actually atleast 5 years old, but they were in a car that stayed in the garage and was rarely driven.

It's almost a little loud for me, but the trade-off is I don't have to see tailpipes.
