Came out of a turn and started fishtailing, ended up hopping the curb, hit the wall almost head on at 50, then slid for 20 more yards along the wall.

frames bent, airbags deployed.

worst of all? insurance expired 2 weeks ago and i had no idea.

The light was turning red so i didnt wanna slam the brakes, so i took the turn, and it was just too fast so right as i was straightening out it got loose, tried to save it and didnt happen.

it was stupid. plain and simple.

Sorry to hear about the car and the explanation of the accident is the explanation for any at fault accident. It was poor decision making and it happens, just really unfortunate that the insurance expired, but the way I see it, is you came out of the accident with the most important thing... your life. ccasion14:
