Shifter Knob ?

From what I have heard you have to drill out the thread pattern in the knob and get the right one to fit your shifter. I may be wrong though.

i asked someone on a another forum and they said it screwed right on..... but i dont know how good it screwed on ya know?

When it comes to threads like that it either works or it doesn't. There isn't any "how good it screwed on" ;)
