I believe they will usually they are listed 94-04 not specifically for mach one or gt....may be wrong though

The mach1's and bullet's have different struts and shocks then everybody else. I just wanted to make sure they didn't have a different rate and would make my car look like a 4x4

The shock/strut will not raise or lower your car, unless they are different dimensions. Springs however, will change the ride height.
