Short runner intake (need some info)

im looking at picking up a SRI for my 96 cobra. Its got the egr deleted, 1 and 8 runners cut in from a 2nd intake etc etc. I am hoping gains of 20-30whp should be achievable. The only thing im unsure of is the EGR delete, from what i have read it only makes the engine run hotter?

Are the gains realistic? engine mods i have are

JLT intake
SCT chip
ATI underives
Bassani OR X pipe
Mac flow pipes/mufflers dumped

Should i just save the coin and do tubular k member with LT's?

Um who ported the intake? If they are not done correctly you will lose power. Also with the short runner u want to do IMRC deletes and a tune.. you WILL NEEEEEED a tune. Also a set of gears would really help you see the gains from this mod, until you get some i would hold off
not sure on the EGR delete.

Also, LTs are a great thing.. But tubular K? Do you do alot of racing? Or plan on it?
