God made plastidip for exactly this reason. Go pick up a can at home depot or lowes it's like $5 a can and it's going to be flat black. Just make sure when you mask it and spray it just peel the tape off before the paint has time to cure otherwise you'll end up with a crappy line due to the plastidip adhering to the tape. And if you don't like it then it will just peel of like a latex trash bag. Haha
