So here in the next few months I'm going to be doing a lot to my v6. I just blew up my 7.5 rear end though and ford told me they wouldn't put the 8.8 in unless was going to pay a boat load. The guy also said that there really isn't much difference bt them the 8.8s just bigger. He said I could just put the 3.73s or 4.10s in the 7.5 and It would be just as good as the 8.8. So is there really a big difference between them or not really?

The 8.8 is a looooot stronger. That's the advantage. And its easier to find parts to beef up an 8.8 than it is a 7.5. And it comes with a t-lok so no one tire fire. There's a lot of advantages. I strongly recommend it.

Hey guys sorry its been so long since the update been alot going on with school sucking the soul out of me and me getting a promotion =D (Still needs moar monies though =[)

Since the 8.8 went in i have installed cobra brakes which was a bear in a half the banjo bolt didnt transfer over so i had to hunt them down. (Apparently they are hard to come by) after 38$ from ford and 5$ from oriely i finally had 2 banjo bolts to complete the swap. But overall performance is much better! Much more reactive to the pedal being depressed then the stock v6 brakes were. Anyhow here are some pics =]
