Sister's car got effed up!

Got hit by a dude who missed his exit and tried to cut over from the left lane. Luckily she was able to keep the car on the road (sorta). Her and the dog are ok, just a little shaken. Guy said "i didn't see her" but I find it hard to be able to miss a bright green mustang. Not to mention her car has daytime running lights. :angry7:
