Yes had to adjust/align it too get the reverse lights to come on

Hmm ok. Did you replace the pump o rings? The pressures really need to get checked. Right now we're just taking stabs into the dark.

Yes I replaced every seal n everything here's the kit I used.

The only few scenarios I can forsee is that either its a hydraulic problem, the rear brakes are dragging or its something like timing being cut way back for some reason.

I haven't read the thread, but have you checked the timing? Good maintenance item to do either way.
