I have installed my fog lights with new bulbs,I found the wiring harness under the consol, found the plug and installed into the switch, the switch is now mounted where the coin holder was. I bought a relay and installed it in the fuse panel under the hood. Today I got my wife to sit in the car and with low beams on I told her to snap the switch to on, lighting up the switch light. I had my mechanic's stethescope on and I could easily hear the relay switch clicking on and off. Before putting the relay in I had two power sources which lit up my test light..one from the consol switch, the other the live for the fog lights. So, I know everything is working to the output under the hood. I still have no fog light function and I am now convinced that there is corrosion in the plugs themselves from dangling under the bumper cover for 22 years. I think I am home free on this project. I'll get under the front and probe the plugs for power,I suspect "green wires" in the plugs..they may clean up or I may need to get new plugs , either way I got this !
