so... i can't find this part

It turns out it was an export part. My car was sold at a dealership here (japan) after it was built. My dad talked to his guy at the dealership and he cannot get one. here is what it is.

it's the molding that goes around the wheel well. anyone know where i can find one?

Those are the export fender flares; pretty uncommon and somewhat rare.

don't worry i'm definitely not putting chrome one's on. javi i don't have any pics of my tail lights right now but i can tell you they are 94-95 style and the car is a 96

They used to be in the Ford Racing Catalog back in the 90's along with the Export Tails but i haven't seen them in awhile.
