MAtts full of himself today....

Anywho, I like the swap. I dont like the price tag that comes with it though. To me personally I could think of alot better ways to spend that money... like getting that blower on.

thats not a issue, im rounding up other parts to go along with the blower........this is just a side project im thinking about. I really like the console mod :)

so do we.... so DO IT!

get a job ya looser :crazy2:

When I had mine I thought about doing the same mod. The middle seat is pretty much NEVER used and it adds so much more storage. I say go for it but KEEP THE STOCK SEATS! I absolutely LOVED the suede leather combo man. I dunno how much it costs to cut down and mod the passenger seat but if you get a compotent upholstery guy, thats the route I'd go man. It'd look TRICK and be WAY more useful. I'm about to do someting similar to my Dodge 3500 acutally....

the price of those damn racing seats is going to be the deterring factor that keeps me from them, they just cost toooo damn much for being nothing more than a place to park your rear.

Does anyone know of a EXCELLENT upholstery shop near or around Wilmington NC ???

I don't know about the black carpet only because it shows dirt the most... then again, it also hides stains... Crap! Tough call

but what isn't a tough call is the fact that you should do the console mod. Big, comfortable armrest, and a ton of new storage space. I think you could easily fit a 6 month old in there...

Reminds me of guys putting Marauder/Continental consoles in Crown Vics.
