and fucked up my wheel well, left a dent about the size of my hand and some white paint. So once I find out which one of my neighbors did it, I'm fucking their car up. I'm pretty pissed off. I needed a new paint job anyhow, but I only have liability insurance and now I need a new panel as well.

Find out who it was and get there tag info etc and try to do it the right way and get the one who damaged it to fix it.

And if all else fails climb up on the car and jump up and down on the roof then the hood then Run home :dontknow:

Hit and runs are a btch! happened to me last summer, never did catch the prick who did it. All I know is I go to sleep, wake up the next morning to go to the bank and my driver's door was crunched in BAD with black marks, probably a low riding ricer hit it :BangHead: Just report it and pay the deductible, easiest way to do it.

He already said he only has liability insurance, which is the bare minumum. If there is damage to your car, that isn't (proven) anyone
elses fault, you pay out of pocket. So a hit-and-run is a bad scenerio for us guys rolling around with just Liability, you don't pay
nearly as much a month, but if something happens against your favor, its a PITA.

You did the right thing. Most states require that you report it even if no one was hurt. Then once you or the police find the person that hit your car they will be cited for hit and run. Then you'll have an easy time suing them for the damage.
