The car shakes a bit, but my car has a somewhat angry combination and it's loud anyway so I don't know the difference.

Solid mounts would not rust or break if they are coated like they are supposed to be. I will be using HPM Drop Solid mounts on my build, but that is primarily for underhood clearance. If you use solid mounts with a poly trans mount, the driveline vibration is bearable, and its also going to be depend on your engine setup. If you have an engine with a lopy idle that hops around with your stock mounts, the solid mounts will only increase the vibration you feel.

If you DD your car, You will be better off with Poly Mounts or Rubber Mounts

My mounts were worn, so i replaced them with poly and i like them alot

My solid mounts are 1/2" thick solid steel, no way they will rust out or break.

I daily drove my car for years with solid mounts, it's not a big deal. You've never owned anything with solid mounts and wouldn't have the foggiest clue on the difference.

I put convert rubber ones in mine, supposed to be stiffer than the coupe ones but still rubber, who knows. At any rate they feel stock and replaced the worn out ones. I didn't want to chance any vibration or noise.

why would you want rubber or solid mounts? to prevent weight transfer from the motor moving or what?

not really seeing the point since it's just between the motor and k member
