Some Creaking In My Front End

Recently, this entire summer when I turn my steering wheel to the left I have all of this creaking coming from the suspension. I have no idea what it is. It only happens when I turn the wheel left, so I am assuming the steering column is not the culprit. I have checked the tie rods and ball joints and they seem to be normal as well, meaning no play in them.

The car is lowered and has isos in and it has MM CC plates. Any ideas of what it could be. I want to put an end to the noise because the goal is to sell the car by next summer and I want to make sure I get the most for it.

I'd start at ball joints then steering rack.

Steering rack could make that noise even though it only happens if I turn to the left?

Do you mean like a bad strut or something else in the strut?

sounds like a ball joint

The struts themselves. When struts wear, they can and will make funky noises.
