When I was putting my motor together I found that I need new spark plug wires. I want to be as cost effective as possible. I currently have the FRPP wires. They lasted me almost 2 years but I hate how they are so long. I was looking at the Taylor spiral pro wire since they are only 10 bucks more. What you do guys thing. I really dont want to have to make my own wires. But will if im forced. thanks for the help.

You can just get FRPP wires and some extra terminals, then cut 'em to the length you want.

I was really trying not to do that. Since I dont have the tool to crimp them. Ill look into it. I notice the msd wires are only 40ohms per foot where as the taylors are like 350. Does that matter for my app at all? I was also looking at the summit brand ones. Do you think blue would look horrible? my engine is black with red valve covers, coil and a red CAI. I think the blue might look neat or might look crappy.

MSD Streetfire 5544. They are only 8mm, but they work great with my setup. They are cost effective as well. The fit is neat and exact. No need to modify them at all.

I dont have one of those. Im thinking about getting the street fires or the summit blues as of now. Going to wait and see if I can get a deal on them at work tomorrow.
