Speaker mounting

Any idea how I can get speakers to mount here? I think the previous owner cut them out with a saw or they were stolen.

It's already FUBAR, so why not weld in some supports and add speakers as you normally would.

a stock speaker setup is not necessary so with the time you can build whatever you would like there. looks like 3 of the mounting screws are still there. if they are you can just make sure the metal is not interfering with speaker for a bottom mount 5x7 or 6x9. you could top mount some speaker and enlarge the hole to hold some 10's. with the 10's some extra support would be good. i wonder what was there before that was worth so much effort to remove.

You might look into getting the MACH speaker enclosure and mounting that....
