Speedo doesn't work.

Alright guys I have a 1998 gt , and the speedo doesn't work , I replaced the gears already 2 months ago , the odometer works now , but the speed is either at zero or flips over to 90-100 area , sometimes it will work for a short period but will read 5ish over , also can some one tell me where the speed sensor is if we have one.

Nvm got it going now , but it reads 5 over.. Any help

My speedometer had terets once. I replaced the stepper motor from an eBay unit. How did you get it working? If its consistently off by 5mph, can you remove the pin, and push it back on at the correct value? This takes some interesting driving. Use cruise control and a friend to steer. Then keep checking with GPS to verify accuracy.

Your Speedo doesn't work? Have you tried a different style bathing suit? What are you trying to accomplish?
