Does removing the spring isolators really lower the car that much? ive already installed 2" lowering springs but left the isolators on. should i go back in and remove isolators? how much lower will it go? what negative effects will it have on my car?

it will lower it maybe a quarter-half inch, maybe. not enough to even warrant a new alignment.

don't waste the time, just pull them next time your working on that.

When I pulled the top & bottom isolators off the front springs, It dropped the car another ~.75".

To me any amount of extra drop was worth it.
Make sure to wrap the springs in electrical tape in order to prevent metal to metal contact and minimize noise.

Not a big difference but its there. If you want that low look without coil overs you gotta take them out. I've removed mine, and running super sports and still about 1" wheel gap that is atrocious!
