1 did you clock the springs right? I.E. On the back, the pig tails of the coils should be towards the back of the car and on the front control arms, they have pockets they need to sit in.

2. Have you driven the car at all? They have to settle in. You can't take it right off the stands and expect miracles.

I would first make sure the ends of the springs are facing the same direction as rycle mentioned. second are the front wheels turned, sitting on level ground etc. that can all make a difference.

springs do settle as well, but anything over an inch of difference and I doubt that is the cause. Sounds to me like the springs weren't installed in the same orientation (pig tails facing the same way)

no i haven't driven the car yet. an both the tails are pointing to the driver side of the car, and the one side looks like its sitting normal but the other one is way to low. i measured from the ground to the top of the fender and one is 27 inches and the other is 26.

:laughing4: Haaaa... Just imagine how much that would suck once you've realized what you have done. I don't think I could own up to that one if anyone asked me.

That's the problem, they have to both be facing the same way. Not towards each other. Just move them to where each pigtail is facing the rear, and be done with it. Kenny Brown used to say there was 7/8" of difference depending on where the pigtail was clocked on the control arm. Sounds like exactly what you are saying.

the rear pig-tails are manufacturer specific. mine pointed toward the driver side.
