When i turn the wheel i get an annoying squeek.. sounds like METAL rubbing METAL. When i jack the car up on that side and turn the wheel than the noise is not there. When i drop the car back down the sound comes back. So, i sprayed the tire with the water hose and the nose stopped and came back when it dried. The sound is coming from the wheel area.

What can this be? It only happens when turning the steering wheel a inch each way than it stops. Also, now the noise happens when coming to complete stop.
