Need alittle help with the stang its a 1994 GT and when I punch it, it pulls hard and has alot of power, The Prob is when I push the clutch in and just coast the RPMs drop and the car stalls, If I am at low RPMs and driving about 30-40 MPH the cars RPM are fine. Just wanted to know if anyone has ever had this Prob Before.

Thanks
Greg

check for vac leaks, reset base idle and clear/replace the IAC valve

I cant set base idle, since the car is chiped, But will check for Vac leaks, and replace my IAC and EGR. other then that just set the timing to 10* BTDC and it runs alot better.

bull shit. the only way that would be an issue is if your tuner adjusted your base idle in the tune, which is highly unlikely, and if your car has a maf that does not match the injectors.

You can do a base idle reset with the chip , just make sure if its programmed at a certain speed that you set the base idle as close to the programmed target idle speed as possible

So re timed to 14* due to the fact still smelled the cats getting hot, but they wern't glowing. I also think I found the stalling problem, when I took a closer look at my tune The EGR was dissabled, so I corrected it, Hope this works.

check your Ignition control module, it could be going bad , and heating up, when u let off the gas the spark drops off and shuts off. trying taking it off and checking it at a local parts place or get a buddy to lend u his, check the coil as well, fuel could be another issue but less likely if it only does it during decelleration

Just installed a MSD coil, so I dont think that was the Prob, Speedo Is workig, hasnt stalled in a few days but i havent hit it hard. Maybe the ecu needs to relearn my driving cuz I did reset it to install my motas chip, car drives great.

Also if this helps the timing is set at 14 BTDC and FP is 39 Vac off. has anderson ford top end kit B31 cam 30LB injectors stock exhaust (i know working on it LOL) wires and plugs just changed, cleaned MAF, IAC Temp sensor and checked TPS voltage. still need to look for vac leaks weather sucking in germany right now.

is your maf calibrated for the 30lb injectors? i know you have the chip in there but if it hasnt been dyno tuned and ur maf isnt for your injectors your problem could be lying there

when I got the car i was told the MAF and injectors where for each other, is there any real wat to tell. now I have been getting some bucking some times also. I think the injectors are to big for the set up. But i did talk to Anderson ford and the said 30#ers where good for the set up.
