so i washed my car because it was dirty as fvck. i took it out to take some pictures (which i will post) and after i took most of them i had a check engine light on.

ok im sure i know what this is.

sure enough i plug in the obdii and its a misfire on number 7.

just what i thought.

i drove home and took out the entire plug wire for 7 and the plug itself. it was old and looked like it needed major replacing which i know they all need. i remembered there was at least one plug in the garage. i was assuming it was used, but knew it would be in better condition than the one i just took out. i found it and to my surprise it was brand new (insert amazing happy face emoji). put it in, started up the car and dude...completely fixed! i put the ac on max and i can give 100 percent throttle, and man does she go! i actually got a little squirrelly in the back in the video i took (and that will be posted too).

the 2nd gear pull is where it gets a little squirrelly. i got her up to 80 in the video

lol, thanks bud, but i honestly havent ever been fond of the pony. when i get a cobra i probably wont even want the snake on it. i like the emptiness. less is more and whatnot...applies to my car...and to the restriction of clothing around the bra area...ahemm...were still talking about cars...i swear...

lemme give you the run down.

i need to swap out the 410s for 355s because theyre too much for daily driving.

i need to find an irs

i need to swap the coil packs for msd and new plugs and ford racing plug wires

i need to do a pi swap with the car, intake wise either the professional products typhoon or a bullitt which will mean i get to use a jlt again.

im gonna try to hold out on an mm phb and torque arm because down the road it will be pointless when i get the irs and get the full griggs gr40 system with sla

long term ill have the gr40 system and coyote swap, but thats end goal. in between steps (engine wise) will be a built 2v n/a unless bob decides to sell me the blower i want. after i build the teksid 2v ill swap to a 4v. preferably a mach 1 r code 4v, but a teksid c head cobra swap will be just as good. and following that swap the coyote swap. what im trying to achieve is a 320/350 whp and similar torque numbers for the car since its gonna be strictly autocrossed when i buy a second vehicle.

the 2v build will start off with the teksid block bored over .02 and having the forged cobra 8 bolt and internals. a good ported and polished set of pi heads if i can find a good deal or just going to mhs. stage 2 blower cams with the pp typhoon or bullitt and a jlt ram air. also an electrical pump from mmr.

unless i can come across a hell of a deal on a terminator engine then ill have that in the car since i love superchargers and who knows maybe after i do the coyote swap i will get a blower.

exterior/cosmetic and safety wise

i need to get a 4 point cross bar roll bar from mm to put in the car (yes itll be blue)

i need to get some racing seats (preferably recaro sportster cs but since theyre expnsive and hard to get probably another set)

i will be getting the gt500 heat extractor for my hood for now until i land my hands on a s351 saleen heat extractor hood or a super stallion hood

i will be getting a saleen t1 race spoiler and selling the cf one that i have. i will wrap it in 2x2 twill cf or make a mold and make it 100% cf

i will be going with weld rts s77 rims in 18s or i will get HREs. i want the s101 but i dont think they sell them in 18s anymore so i think the rs100 is good. rims will be big enough to have 315s front and back so i will be using the maier racing fender flares on the car

i will upgrade the rear brakes to the baer eradispeed 13in and i will upgrade the fronts again to the s550 gt brakes before i go with the full wilwood setup with 14 in in front and back

as of now thats all i can think of. im sure im forgetting some things but this should be enough to satisfy you hahah

Me satisfied?....never. You should check out a set of 3v heads for your teksid build, or hell you could put them on your current block and swap em over to the aluminum when you get to that point instead of the pi......well maybe go pi and then 3v. They flow much better. I agree on the 4.10's too low. But im a speed freak so....are you going irs for autocross? Thats a good move imo. I like it now giveher hell dude. Cant wait to see this

Lol, hahah nice. I've thought about 3v before. Imo I think the 3v has the most unique sound out of all the engines (302sbf , 2v, 4v). There is a whole lot more for aftermarket with a 3v than the sn 4v. But yes irs and autocross all the way. The closest the car will see in reference to a drag is a straight road. The car may see some road racing as well but autocross is it's first starting point. The coyote swap will be when I make the jump to road racing
