Been wanting to put some stripes on the hood but couldn't decide what color. I went with the matte black. Hard to see in the pics, but it looks good. Am glad I went with that color.

I agree that they need to continue onto the roof and decklid, but not the bumper, that looks gross in my opinion, and don't stripe on top of the spoiler, only underneath it. Also, I don't see what the big deal is with the angel eye lights, who care's if they're popular on rice, I think certain sets look really good on our cars and I'm considering getting them since everyone seems to have clear or smoked.

I say do them on all pieces. That's just me. That black bug cover thing will break up the hood to your bumper though. It's your call!

I would have left them off. I'd do the roof and trunklid though if you want the stripes. If it's vinyl it's going to probably be a bastard to get it to lay flat and straight down the front bumper.

Im not really feeling the stripes, but maybe it's just the angle?

And not trying to hijack the thread, but what's the deal with all of the halo bashers in here? If you can install them right and get the fitment dialed in they look great, ESPECIALLY at night.. This is what they looked like on my car when I had it..

Just having stripes on the hood looks unfinished. You have to continue them on the roof and trunk lid. Not on the bumpers. I've seen a couple Mustangs with stripes on the bumpers and it's overkill. Too much of a good thing. Matte black is a good choice.

+1 for continuing the stripes on the hood and trunk lid. Go one step more and add a chin spoiler and sripe it too.

ditch the halos :nonono:

You're cool, take a completely off-topic shit on his thread. This just in: your opinion is not shared by the majority, nor does it carry any more weight than any other person on this forum.

why don't you put some mods on your GT that actually matter before you go around criticizing how OTHER people spend THEIR money on THEIR car.

original poster: continue them on the entire car, just like the blue boss. but do it on the front bumper too. looks like you took your time and did a good job on the hood, very nice. and your halos look sick.
