its a tag from the assembly plant and its just a easy simple way to mark who put it together.. kinda like SVT motors but no special super duper name plate

I use to work in a Ford assembly plant. As said before ,it was probably from a line inspector ,a repairman or line worker. They use grease pencils on the windows ,chassis tires etc to signal that there is a repair needed and someone has to fix it since the line doesnt stop. It could be from a "campaign" .Long explanation on that one.

Its also possible it came from the engine plant itself . There are about 100 different things it could be for.
