Is it even possible to have a chip that would give any horse at all to your car. The one that is on Ebay . It is a resistor that you replace with you Air temp sensor. Has anyone tried it.

the tune isn't just going to help bump up his horsepower.. it will make his engine run a lot smoother and his driveability go up.. if my intake gaskets dont fix my a/f ratio (which is off the chart rich), then im getting a tune and that should bump me to where i should be.. im about 20-30 horsepower under what i should be... (or so ive been told... ahem Buh-rye-uhnnn)
