surge problem help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i got a surge problem and its driving me crazy!!!!!! :BangHead: i just put on a bbk 75mm tb today and installed just like they said in the instruction started it up adjused the gold screw like they said and it ran great. took it for a drive to the local wendys to get something to eat. while sitting in the drive threw then it started the surge. it goes up to 1.5 then down to 5 then wants to stall out or it dose..... can any one help me out :dontknow:

just before anyone asks IAC is new, TPS don't know at the time going to check it tomarrow,
mods are
Edelbrock Performer upper and lower
e303 cam
ported and polished heads (stock heads)
75mm bbk tb
76mm maf
24lbs injectors
msd 8.5 wires and cap and rotor
msd coil

BBk makes shotty throttle bodies... im guessing its not sealing properly.

so the screw you adjusted was it the throttle plate adjuster if so you may be getting in more air around the plate and not through the IAC?

the idle screw i adjusted just like bbk instructions said to and i left it alone and i have been adjusting the idle valve adjustment screw (the gold screw) trying to get it to go away

ok so i work the car for a little bit today and check the TPS voltage and it was reading .90 i know thats it suppose to be like .97....i had set the idle screw just like bbk says to and thats reads the .90...i adjusted the idle screw until the tps read .97 is this the correct way of doing this or is my tps f****ed. my rpms are running bout 800 to 900 and idle surge is very little to none after the tps is set to .97 is this right also i would like the rpms a little lower but i get idle surge

I always thought 94-95 TPS were not adjustable?

yea you are doing the right thing with the tps you want it to read .99 or as close as you can get it that will probabley smooth you right up.
