My 1995 GT is my daily driver and is mostly stock with the exception of a bbk cold air intake and cat less pro chamber. I did a tune up on my about a week and a half ago with a new MSD cap and rotor, wires and plugs gapped at .054. Well ever since then I've been having an idle surge and the cars been running like crap and got like 113 miles on one tank of gas. I cleaned the MAF, cleaned the throttle body, checked the TPS voltage (which was fine), and also cleaned the IAC and then I pulled codes the first time and got a 332 for the EGR, and 311 and 314 for the thermactor system. I replaced some old vacuum lines and one of the broken plastic smog lines and the codes went away. Then I bumped up the timing to 14 and reset the base idle then it ran a lot better , but still had a little bit of an idle surge. After I drove it and it warmed up however it started running surging and having a little bit of a rough idle again and would shudder and buck during low rpms. I tried resetting the computer again and it did the same thing again ran good for a little bit then bad again.

After trying all of that stuff I'm thinking it maybe my TPS or IAC. Is there anyway I can test which one is not working so I don't wind up just buying a bunch of new parts and wasting money? Any other suggestions on what might be wrong would be great.
Thanks
