surging while cruising...please help

my car idles perfectly ok but when I am cruising or accelerating my car's rpm will surge greatly
until i let off the gas or else the rpm will buck a lot. Does anyone have an idea what the problem could be?

What mods have you done? I had the same problem and it went away when I upgraded to bigger injectors and new MAF.
