suspension upgrades...weight loss

after thinking about it over some beer, ive think ive decided to get a tubular k member, maybe coil overs, drag style, and a race seat, insted of retuning my car to get a couple of extra HP. i dont drive it much anymore, and i need to make it go faster, and i think this the way to go. anyone got some good leads or knowledge please post it

will add last time i raced, over 5 years ago, car was 3650lbs with me ( 150 my weight) no reductions cept fiberglass hood, battery in trunk, adjustable KYB shocks and struts, ebiach lowering springs

If your tune if good to go I say go ahead with weight reduction and suspension they will let the car take off faster.
