Hey,
I've just ripped the whole transmission apart, only problem I'm having is that i don't know how to remove all those tapered roller bearings at the ends of all the shafts. Is there a special tool to use?
Also I'm having trouble removing the syncros assembly from the spline part of the shaft... you would think it would just slide off but it seems to be a very close tolerance? Is there some sort of trick/method to removing these? I was thinking of heating it up a little, but on second thought i figured i might end up changing the material properties in doing so...
Help me out,
Thanks In Advance...
