t5 rebuild kit??

im rebuilding my t5 and need to know.. if anyone knows if the frpp rebuild kit comes with the shift fork blocks.....(dont know the EXACT name for them) they are the little pads that slip on the shift forks that ride in the groove... and does it come with EVERYTHING i will need?.. other then the hard parts (gears... shafts... stuff like that...)?
or any one recomend a kit or somehting.. i would love to just drop in a tremec... but money is tight and i need my car running again... unless someone wants to trade me one for my nitro rc car lol

couldnt tell ya on the frpp kit but i would look into www.astroperformance.com, www.gforcetransmissions.com or www.ddperformance.com for a kit. they have upgrade parts that are stronger the frpp parts are. not sure of the prices but definitely worth looking into if you are rebuilding your t-5 and putting a lot more power to it. ddperformance even has a service manual download available to help you with all of the specs.
