T5 rebuild questions

Hey guys it's been awhile since I posted last. Motor has been back in a while now and going great. Got a new issue however. Second has become dang near impossible to get into. I'm guessing synchro. No grinding just super hard to engage and blocks me out all together at times. My question is how should I handle this. Attempt to rebuild the stock t5 or track down a junkyard and rebuild?

Nvm think I figured it out. Clutch cable just gave out on me comin home I believe. Clutchless shifting ftw.

clutch cable is alot! easier than a trans rebuild
