Tell if this is feasable..npi head build.

So my build for my new car was gonna basically consist of,
mhs stage 2.5 blower cams, Pi intake, Npi heads possibly ported, and a vortech s trim, would it be realistic to get to 400hp? or would it be worth it for me to get the pi heads? I was trying to keep compression low, but would it be worth it to just say eff it and get the pi heads since the shortblock isnt good for much more than 450? before i need rods and pistons?

npi heads stock are almost as good as pi you are not going to notice a difference between 170 to 166 @ 500 lift nor 176 to 168 @550 lift. the cams and intake are the power difference.Camshaft lift: .473/.473-inch lift for 96' and Camshaft lift: .505/.534-inch lift for 01'

hmmm ok, so would it be safe to realistically guestimate about 250-260 at the wheel NA?
