The Nameless Stang - "Alien Kush"

So I'll save the details, but long story short I had to come up with some money, STAT, or i was either going to prison or the bottom of a lake. Probably the latter. :confused1:

Anyway, I did what I really didn't want to, and threw the Cobra up on Craigslist. Got a reply from a dude wanting to trade his 97 GTS for my 97 Cobra, with some much needed cash on my end.

So then I spent four hours washing, polishing, waxing, and removing ugly badges and came out with this:

It's too dark to take pics now, but ill get some tomorrow.

I though they had them they were just called something different, like 248A or something like that. BTW new car cleaned up good!

^ I just looked at it, In 96, 248a and GTS were the same thing.
in 97, 248a was still an option package but it did indeed ADD options to the car.

What the hell do I have then? Just a zero option GT?

BUMP for new pics! Its super humid so there were only a couple good ones

Someone tell me, are those V6 seats? They suck, whatever they are.
Also not a swapped 6er, it has an X engine code

^^ Yep, V6 seats. Also I see rubber steering wheel and plastic shift knob. I love the interior of my Mach 1, slight, subtle touches that make it much nicer than my old 94's interior. I would have kept the cobra though, just my opinion though, even if you needed money, selling off cars isn't the answer in my books .

These seats got me curious now. What is this mutant automobile I have stumbled upon? Any VIN geniuses here?

looks like a 248a optioned car.

but the GTS was only made in 95.

Yeah I think power windows, locks, and a spoiler were options for the 248A. My guess is that is what you have.
